Thinking Out Loud

I'm a husband and father. I currently pastor a church in the West Midlands in the UK. I am a trained coach who helps people get unstuck in their thinking and move forward. I have been involved in leadership for more than twenty years and have worked across Europe, as well as spending eight years in India.

This site contains a blog of some of my thoughts that may have a chronological context. It will also contain articles on particular topics, which may be updated as my thinking on a topic develops. Finally, as I read books, I tend to make notes on them, which I will post in a future book notes section
